Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Evart accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online]. We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Evart uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.



Delivery

We delver all over this beautiful planet. The delivery time for your order is normally 3-5 working days. When ordering at weekends and public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first working day. When ordering on weekdays before 12.00 the item will be sent the same day.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

All goods are delivered with [GLS and PostNord].

Return and right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

The notice must be given by email evert@evertgallery.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

It is up to Evart to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.


Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Evart within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Evart covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties for the processing of some of our information, including in our freight management. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to complain:

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can register your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaints portal.
